Super bon gym, le personnel est vraiment agréable à côtoyer et l’ambiance y est très accueillante. Ayant essayer plusieurs gyms, celui-ci est de loin le plus professionnel que j’ai fréquenté. Je recommande vivement :)

Ace changed my life!! I started out not knowing a damn thing about working out Scott and I have been working hard. And that's just it we work together and that's what I love. He puts in the work just as much as I do and believe me when I say we're like family at ace! Not only will you workout but have fun seeing your progress every step of the way. First thing first, we always start with a postural and biomechanical evaluation to determine weaknesses, instabilities and all the problem related to your muscular structure.

After, we look further into you short term, mid-term and long term goals to better periodize your training plans. We also consider your injuries or any physical restriction.

All your training sessions, except for the group classes, are a 100% personalized to YOU ! This way we ensure a better and constant progression while limiting the risk of injuries.

Group classes are very well adapted so if you can't do an exercice, we will modify it for you. All our group classes brings intensity according to your level of fitness. You go to your pace !!

There's no secret.

Private training : The best way to optimize your results ! ​ Private training is definitely the most complete, personalized and most effective coaching to achieve your goals. This type of coaching allows you to maximize your results, to surpass yourself and to educate yourself in a safe environment. How it works ! 1. We always start with a biomechanical evaluation, which is very essential and important, because it's the first step that will allow us to determine your weaknesses and instabilities. 2. Following the biomechanical evaluation, we will design your training plans that we will customize according to your needs and to your goals. ​3. The training sessions are supervised by a professional and qualified trainer that will allow you to maximize your results, to surpass yourself and to prevent the risk of injury.

Semi-private training : Obtain more for less ! ​ Semi-private training gives you personalized coaching and the services of a private trainer at an affordable price. Your training will be personalized according to your needs, your goals and supervised by one of our trainer during the semi-private training hours. How it works ! 1. We always start with a biomechanical evaluation, which is very essential and important, because it's the first step that will allow us to determine your weaknesses and instabilities. 2. Following the biomechanical evaluation, we will design your training plans that we will customize according to your needs and to your goals. 3. Training sessions are supervised by a professional and qualified trainer. Sessions are shared between you and other members during the semi-private hours. There's no reservation system. Consider that semi-private training is a membership including your training programs with a supervision of a trainer. If you're looking more for a push and motivation, we highly recommend private training,

ACE-FIT : The ACE-Fit is a cross training style based on functional training. It is a group of complex exercises promoting the development of strength, power, agility as well as muscular and cardiovascular endurance. BOOTCAMP : Bootcamps are mostly station-based workouts at short intervals. This type of training requires both your muscular and cardiovascular system, thus promoting the development of your physical condition. METCON : Metcon is a high intensity interval training. This type of training promotes the development of your muscular system through your cardiovascular system. Slightly more intense than the Bootcamp, the Metcon will allow you to surpass yourself while having fun. KICKBOXING: Our Kickboxing classes are a mix of teaching and practice including some conditioning. Our classes are entertaining, stimulating and promote the development of your motor skills, coordination, speed and power.

The educational and dynamic program for children! ​ The goal of this program is to improve the motor functions and overall physical and athletic abilities of youth of 12 years old and under. The training sessions take place twice a week under the supervision of a trainer, in a dynamic, fun and safe environment. - Coordination improvement - Strengthening the muscular structure - Improvement of agility, speed and power - And much more !

Specific program for the development of athletic performances ! ​ This program is specifically designed for the development of sports teams and athletes in order to improve their performance, move up to the next level and reach their full potential.
