I provide all the other equipment and handle all the clean up. This service is great for puppies, seniors, and nervous dogs because they are at home and feel much more comfortable in their own environment.

Janet is very professional, she comes into our house and our dog is so happy to see her every time. Phoebe is a very nervous pup, having Janet come into our home takes so much stress off Phoebe, Janet makes her feel comfortable and safe while grooming her. She sits still for Janet and when she is done Phoebe walks out happy, bright, smelling incredible and wants to show off her new haircut. I have worked for several pet grooming stores in Toronto and noticed that they do not share the same vision of quality and care for animals as I do. Most have a beautiful reception area, however, in the back of the store, where the animals are groomed, it looks like a factory with dirty towels. Some even use dishwashing soap as it is less expensive, but obviously it is not as healthy for the animals.

She gave Twyla lots of hugs if she got little anxious. You could tell Twyla really liked her. We had a pawsitive experience as well since I was able to collaborate with her as the grooming went on. She really gave Twyla the cute look that we were looking for. We definitely recommend Lara if you’re looking for that 1 on 1 care and attention or if your fur baby gets anxious during grooming.

Everything about our first visit here was great. Friendly and answered questions we had about the grooming. Accommodating schedule wise.
