Working with Zander Cole was a real pleasure. We felt very comfortable with Elaine right from the beginning. She listened and incorporated our ideas for a special birthday celebration. She had excellent suggestions for us and her attention to detail was amazing. The decor was exactly what we asked for without going to extreme.
It is a family business and the whole team were very cooperative and friendly. They communicated well with us and always were on time. The tent that was set up in the yard was new and proved to be invaluable on a warm and sunny day. The whole process of planning from start to finish was superb and we could not have asked for a better event planner. Elaine provided the birthday cake which was absolutely a show piece. Elaine is an amazing person. She is a good listener with a unique work ethic. She always knows the right words to say. She has a great personality and works in coordination with the entire wedding team (vendors) etc to ensure everything goes well.

I had the most wonderful experience working with Elaine. She was quick to understand my needs for my Afternoon Tea and suggested ideas in line with those. Elaine was accessible and eager to discuss any questions or issues. I especially appreciated the frequent updating of the quote as my requirements changed including the itemized list of all the decor and items needed for my event. We had Elaine Blosmanis as our wedding planner, at first we were skeptical, it seems they’re just do the whole wedding on specific locations they have, but they’re so kind to accomodate what we want and do the ceremony at a church in downtown toronto and reception at westin habour castle, they went out of their comfort zone to make our wedding beautiful and memorable.

Elaine guided us through the whole wedding preparations, and offered us options from decor of the church to reception, she has a lot of great ideas for our wedding that reflects our vision for our wedding.

The food in Westin was top of the notch as expected! they gave us 2 sets menu to choose from and 3 mains, they’re so accommodating they let us have 2 mains option for our guest, either beef or chicken. As a chef i really enjoyed the food, i dont really eat salad that much but the one that we had was really good, roast beef was great as well with mash, could have done smoother but still good, carrots, asparagus and beef jus, and the mousse dome desert not too sweet just right, the taco and spring rolls its well balanced, food experience is great the menu is well thought.
