What a great experience!! As a semi professional water skier and after many years of competitions and injuries, her visit was long overdue. Lauren is amazing !! I do CrossFit and I am a teachers aide in a busy kindergarten class so my body goes through lots durning the day! Having 2 previous shoulder dislocations has my neck and shoulders super tight- Lauren got right in there and slowly but deeply worked to loosen up the muscles and got the cups on to ! She never rushed and constantly checked in to make sure the pressure was never too much to handle!!
