What makes a great website?
A great website should look on-brand, be clean, sophisticated, easy for you to update and responsive. It should be simple, visual, have well-written content and should seamlessly integrate with the necessary plugins to support all of your automated marketing needs. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When we start a new project with a new client, it is very important for us to understand their vision. We are tasked with bringing their vision to life by creating a brand that reflects everything they need it to communicate. So, with that in mind, we have developed a discovery process that is really a lot of fun, and through that process, we do what we call a 'deep-dive'.
The first question on our list is "What business are you in?" It is actually a loaded question because if you give it some thought, it is way more than just the product or industry you represent.
Your WHY is the key to your brand. We will help you get to the root of what your brand is and once we have that nailed down, we are all on our way to developing a spectacular brand experience.
Describe your creative process.
Our fun and engaging process is a combination of us asking challenging questions, listening to your input, understanding existing initiatives, researching the market, having a finger on industry trends as well as challenges, investigating your competition, and ultimately setting exciting and optimistic goals together.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before arranging the discovery session, we like to meet on a zoom call to get a good feel of the scope of work from the client. It is also lovely to put a face to one another and know who we are potentially working with from both sides.
After we have spoken and have an outline of what the client is looking for, we will put together a proposal and send it off for approval or more discussion. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional design that will position them for success, so we are very flexible when it comes to our working arrangements.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always been a creative person, and I just love bringing peoples vision to life. My creative team is exceptional and we are all committed to making sure that the human element shines through in every brand we create. I derive great joy from seeing our clients succeed and watching their businesses grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Twenty-three years as the previous owner of a successful printing business serving the construction and design industries in Vancouver gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to build a robust and profitable brand. I have been the client and am uniquely positioned to support the growth and success of your brand with my expertise, and creative process.
