Excellent Work, They took care of all the city permits needed. Designed exactly what I wanted. They came to my house everyday, always answered all my questions & was very courteous and polite. Amazing group of guys, very professional and friendly. I had a very large open concept basement and it took them only 2 months to finish it, due to permit delays but could not believe it was done. Xpert Build & Reno Corp,. provides for a 2 year warranty on all labor. Any
Materials which carries a one-year warranty will also be regarded by Xpert
Build & Reno Corp. as a 1 year warranty and will repair all items at no
charge to the owner under the warranty, but will charge for service on items
which may be faulty due to manufacturing defect, or wood trim which may
move as wood is a live material. Painting is also not covered by the
warranty once its approved by the customer.b Xpert Build & Reno Corp. will repair any damage caused by
employees or individuals conducting work on behalf of Xpert Build & Reno
Corp. The free warranty repair is specific to poor workmanship only.
