Every person is so unique and fascinating. I learn so much about being human and how complicated life can be. Working with clients to figure out how to cope with life and difficult situations is so rewarding.

Individuals who experience positivity in their lives through cultivations of joy, interest, gratitude, hope, serenity, pride, amusement, inspiration, awe, and love, will create upward spirals of wellbeing. “Research shows happy people are physically healthier, they have stronger social networks, they achieve more and have even been found to live longer.” Psychotherapy sessions are balanced by focusing on both the reasons for coming in and ways to increase your strengths and happiness.
