West Village Suites

I lived here back in 2013. Now before I get into this, I would like to say I hope it's under new, professional management. They assign you roommates based on your likes and interests, but for some reason they thought pairing me with roommates that deal drugs, break into my room on the regular, abused my cat, stole stuff from me and never cleaned, were ideal candidates for me. no matter how many times I reported this to management, nothing was done about it, and because I was the only person out of 5 people who actually cleaned, we got cockroaches, pretty fast. Again, I reported this to front desk and management, and again, nothing was done about it. When I finally moved out, they contacted me three months later, saying I owed them more rent, saying I didn't pay for my last month, even though I paid first and last months upon moving in. We told them I didn't owe them anything, and were about to get lawyers involved. but ended up paying it, so this didn't screw up my credit, thanks to their lack of organization and tracking. This place looks amazing from photos, but 10/10 would never recommend to anyone. I would recommend a run down apartment on Barton Street before I would refer someone to West Village Suites. More...
