We had ordered a limo for 8 people for a 50 th wedding anniversary. We had all the info given to wave limo and paid up front before we were to be picked up. A few days before they were to pick us up, they required info from each person or couple going in the limo including our emails. This was a surprise for the one couple so we filled in the info for them. Yes they did know it was a surprise. They were late picking us up as he got lost. We had to call to find out where he was. Anyhow he arrived, and off we went. We got to the restaurant on time, and were left there and said we would call when we were finished which we did. Driver picked us up, and took us back to drop off at a couple of us on the way home. We did not tip the driver, as we were charged $120 which indicated that it was for the driver. Basically you are in the limo maybe about 2/5 of the time you are charged for, since we went for dinner. The next morning, we checked our email and all of us got one from wave wanting to know if we wanted to give an extra tip for the driver. We said we felt the tip that was paid to wave, was sufficient and we did not appreciate it going to the couple who’s anniversary it was, as they were not paying, only the other 3 couples. So sad that I have to write this but this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a company. I contacted this company at least 2 months before my event and I made the full payment two weeks prior to that event, as they asked. After I made the payment everything went downhill. They messed up my itinerary so I had to contact them multiple times to make sure that gets done right and on the day of my event they managed to sent the wrong car so when the driver was told what’s going on, while I was on the phone with them, he got mad and drove off telling everyone he’s not driving anywhere. No rudeness or anything like that was done towards him. He was just told that after being at least 40 minutes late, he got the wrong car. I was left to deal with the aftermath of all this on my 40th birthday. The end of it was they returned my money and that was that. The worst experience ever and my 40th birthday will always be a very sad memory. Thank you to my friends for being so understanding about what happened and we managed to have a good day. More...

Just a big shout out to Wave Limo tours! 7 of us ladies decided to do a Wild Women Wednesday Wine Tour and it was awesome! Our driver Robert was very accommodating, attentive and kept us on track! We visited 3 area wineries and were impressed with Maelstrom Winery (try the charcuterie boards!!), Cornerfield Winery (sweet knowledgeable hostess) and the Hessenland winery as well! We booked a party bus through Wave for my Mom’s 60th Birthday. Wow. What an amazing experience. Our driver Karen was the sweetest soul I have ever met, just so happy and positive! Telling us stories about some of stops and always taking pictures. Everything was CLEAN and sanitized. I was waiting to pick up a coffee at the Tim Horton in Brights Grove, ON when I saw this guy pull into a enclosed car wash with his oversized van and try to pull in to wash the vehicle. The top of the van caught the signage and partially pulled it from the wall as he tried to pull out. he fled the property with significant damage to the top of the van. he wasn't paying attention as I noticed him looking down as he was trying to back up and turn. not impressed he fled the scene. wouldn't trust this man with any party or group reservation.
