Assisting people to get most out of the technology they own and to show them full potential of it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My two beautiful daughters I had during my rehab. After a life changing accident in the 90s I went back to school during my 4 years of rehab to learn electronics. I trained and worked in commercial AV industry for many years. Embellished my AV education and training with IT certification to become an all-round techno-geek. The best way to use both my passions and skills was to start my own tech install business. My passions reflects in all the great reviews people have given me on Google.

I bring 20 years of experience and am industry certified. CTS is professional AV certification that requires constant upgrading to keep up with the advancement in the AV technology. It also requires updating every three years hence this certification is never outdated.

Worked in the IT industry as a HelpDesk tech troubleshooting and fixing technology issues for many years. I have reprogrammed people’s Harmony remotes and walked them through troubleshooting and fixing other AV issues. I could assist any client over a video call in any remote community if need arises.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Fully vaccinated staff and take precaution to minimize the risk by wearing mask on jobsite. Send Covid screening questioners to the clients before install to asses and minimize risk of transmission. Offer free cancellation and rescheduling up to last minute if client or any household’s health status changes.

Full-Motion mount install $50 more. Customer’s own mount install $25 more. A certified Power Bridge Kit $99 may be required if power outlet doesn’t exist behind TV.
