What do you love most about your job?
I like interacting with my clients and agents and helping to educate both about the state of homes, best practices with maintenance an instrucutions on proper use of various equipment found in a home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years in the corporate world I wanted to become the driver of my own destiny and do what I am passionate about.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about what I do. I work for my client only providing everything I can to them to ensure they are educated on the property they are transacting. I have no interest in anything but a happy, satisfied and aware client.

For as long as my client is considering the purchase (or sale) of the property or as long as the client actually owns the property which I inspected, I am happy to discuss the inspection report and/or provide consultation regarding the property to the best of my ability via any online medium (phone, text, email, Zoom, Facetime, Google Meet etc).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Minimal touching of interior surfaces, masks when necessary, full and up to date Covid and Flu vaccination.
