At VOX we are honoured to walk with individuals, families and couples into a new way of being, experiencing the world, processing information, connecting with each other and solving conflicts. Although we often have exposure to some of the most painful life experiences that one can have, we also have the honour of having a front row seat to the human capacity to survive, thrive, heal and rise above.
What inspired you to start your own business?
VOX exists to create accessible, evidence based Mental Health support for our community. Most of our services are covered by health benefits, and our flexible schedules + online platform allows individuals, couples and families to access support from anywhere in Ontario.

At VOX Mental Health we are committed to creating a judgement free environment where individuals, couples and families can safely explore how they experience the world, and the ways in which they want that to change. Our amazing social workers are thoroughly trained, but also compassionate, kind and understanding.

At VOX Mental Health we are trauma and attachment informed counsellors who are trained in methodologies such as CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and SFBT. We are committed to creating an environment where you can process your history, develop tools for coping, and expand your cognitive flexibility.
Couples Therapy
Informed by the Gottman Method, VOX Mental Health is a place where you and your partner can begin to explore some of the perpetual and gridlock issues that keep you from being able to hear each other and develop genuine intimacy. We are equipped to help you develop skills and tools that will strengthen your relationship as you navigate communication, friendship, fidelity and intimacy.
Family Therapy
VOX Mental Health is here to support you and your family. Whether it’s navigating the new dynamics of a blended family, mediating conflict, establishing communication strategies or learning how to set boundaries, we would be honoured to support you and your family in this season of life.
