I went through a significant life transition over the last few years. Vivian recently provided a most engaging and informative presentation to our community of older adults on the practice of Meditation and Mindfulness. She was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. It was most heartwarming to see all of the attendees, some in the 80's, who were actively participating and most grateful for the opportunity to learn and embrace a practice that will help each of them gain inner peace and a healthier mind/body balance in these stressful times.
