What do you love most about your job?
We love to help people feel comfortable at home or in their place of business by taking care of pest control for them. With lots of communication and plenty of information presented, multiple options are always offered when determining the best individual plan.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With over 20 years of experience in building maintenance and preventative maintenance, it was a simple path to offer my knowledge to other property owners.
Why should our clients choose you?
More than 50% of home owners in Canada are women and they should have the option of having a woman deliver pest control services to them. We offer a comfortable service delivery.

We can always answer questions online or remotely, however, services are always hands on.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our services were considered essential throughout Covid-19. We have used extensive safety measures since the virus started. Masks are always worn and sanitizing practices are protocol.
Rodents
Verminx uses a management system based on the severity of the infestation. A client and service provider need to work collaboratively in order to make the environment less favourable. As each property is unique, so is the plan and treatment.
Bees and wasps
Verminx offers property owners chemical free options. A no kill method of removing honey bees from structures, provides property owners the satisfaction of supporting the local pollinators. Honey bees are relocated at a safe location in order to continue their important work.
*Verminx technicians are certified bee keepers with the province of Ontario.
Wasps can be removed without chemicals. This chemical free method for removal gives families a feeling of comfort knowing that they don't have to be concerned about residual effects from the service.
Racoon, squirrel and other furry animals
Verminx offers licensed trappers in Ontario to provide in- house trapping services. All traps are live traps or one way traps. One way traps allow animals to leave your dwelling but make it nearly impossible to re-enter.
Sometimes these animals can take up residence in sheds or under porches as well. Live traps are used in these instances as well.
Animals are relocated in accordance with provincial regulations.
Insect management
Verminx is fully insured to cover the most challenging of insect infestations.
From box elder bugs to bed bugs, we can offer treatments that will get the unmanageable, under control.
