What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is meeting with talented business owners and hustlers, learning about the direction they want to take their lives in, hearing out the concerns or barriers they have or have experienced, that they believe are holding them back and then just completely taking that out of the equation so they can move forward and grow to their full potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started in personal finance, and saw that there was a real need for guidance through the minefield of money and cashflow, not just on the business side, but also on the personal side, and trust in financial professionals was really at an all time low-which is truly the heart of that problem, nd what was worse was that many of my first clients were struggling to make sense of what their professional advisors were trying to tell them. It was like watching someone from Russia trying to have a fluent conversation with someone from Italy, they just weren't speaking the same language. I thought that if I could take everything I knew, and everything these professionals knew, and put it into plain English so everyone was on the same page and understanding each other, every business owner and entrepreneur could grow and expand their businesses 10 fold and improve their lives and the lives of those around them.

Not only does remote work keep our costs down, that allows us to help you keep your costs down. We work together with you to help decide which strategies and options are available to you to help you grow and expand your business.

We service our clients almost exclusively remotely-however, we are always ready to come into our clients offices and kitchens (or even closets for some of our startups) and work face to face to get the job done.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We've been ever adapting to the new policies and procedures that release for best practices in visiting with our clientele. We keep them abreast of all new subsidies and grants that can help them survive through each lockdown. We've taken on the added burden of government applications, explaining the rules and eligibility that surround each application as they change month after month, and reach out to Canada Revenue Agency on behalf of our clients to clarify situations so that our clients can focus on keeping their businesses alive. We've helped to transition businesses towards 100% virtual and remote assistance, and make case by case arrangements to visit clients whenever necessary using social distance practices, appropriate facemasks, and sanitization.
