My husband and I had our wedding here about 3 weeks ago. The food was AMAZING, Frank D'Arpino was so helpful and gave his honest opinion, Michelle helped with all the serious details. Although we had some seating chart errors, Michelle was their to help clear up and fix anything needed. They were amazing and I couldn't have wished for a better day.

We had a fantastic time at Universal EventSpace. Nikos Kourkoulis was a fantastic show and very well done by the staff. I very much and looking forward to their next event. I stayed at the Element hotel which was just across the road and just walked over, can't get any better then that. I will definately be booking my room with them again a well. I've been to this location twice and every time its outstanding.  The staff are courteous and ready to serve you.  Great attitude. I like the staff age ranges and it really makes them approachable.The rooms are designed with noise dampening in the ceiling but echo still carries.   They have fun projector lights on the wall that make the venue snazzy.The food is stunning, portions are on the light side BUT I'm there for a meeting so I'm glad you didnt feed me a boat load of carbs.   The coffee taste like an Italian house nescafe that's smooth and just right, they have easy self help machines that make hot coffee I think at 95C.Presentation of food is delightful.Venue has lots of parking even for trucks.  It can be busy to get in and out during rush hour though.There is construction happening on one side of the lot.  But it did not impact the drive in.I did hear clapping from another conference in the background so if double booked, do expect a little noise from the other side.Washrooms are clean, private stalls with mostly enclosure except for the door.  Sink is nice, dedicated staff to keep it clean.  It did get a heads up that toilet paper was out by a colleague (thanks!) Guess they just couldn't keep up.The venue lobby is separate and I didnt see any wanderers from other venues. More...

there are no words describe how amazing and elegance are in dealing with universal staffs. especially (MR.Roberto Sgrignuoli & MRS. Melissa Esposito) they really both are respectful were with us. And other services was very nice (food. bar. lighting . clean. organization. and everythings were fantastic) in our wedding 24 of june 2018. my wife and i we would like to say thank from bottom of our heart❤️ to all the staffs in universal event space. and we are excited to next occasion in universal . We attended a fundraising gala and the same evening there was a prom, a stag and a shower.  Each event was nicely separated and there was no noise from the other event coming into ours. The entrance area was large, open and had a bar and a couple of counters for food/apps being prepped and served.  We had washrooms for our area and an out door patio.The main hall was set up with tables for dinner, a silent auction area, and a stage for a band.  There were screens for pictures to be displayed.The food was decent but it was difficult to get gluten free, dairy free AND vegetarian.  The service was friendly and professional.  Somebody did clear away my photos from the Photo Booth that were left on my table during dancing, along with my little table gift and brochure of the event Not sure why? My purse/$ was left alone. I was quite impressed with this venue and security out front. There is also lots of free parking.  We plan lots of events and I will definitely keep this in mind for future. More...

I attend a corporate function recently at this location. We were located upstairs and the hall was nice. The tables were setup very nicely with good chairs and nice cutlery. The food served was exceptionally tasty. The appetizers being served were top notch, pasta portions was perfect (thank God as that's what filled me up) and the main course was soooo tiny but yummy. The tiny chicken was cooked nicely and was not dry. The dessert was also enjoyable. The sound system and lighting was clear and good.
