Two Souls Yoga

Two Souls Yoga has a studio that feels safe, inclusive, and comfortable. A beautiful mural to look at, with lots of natural lighting from their big windows. The teachers adjust the class to their groups, and all shapes and levels are welcomed. Nicole and Dani have done impressive work creating a community of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healers. I have personally taken massage therapy, reiki, and inner-child work sessions with Dana Lynn and have felt better every time. I've also received spiritual/energy healing acupuncture from Nicole Cameron... it's incredible, she's incredible, a gifted healer. I have learned a lot about spirituality, yoga, emotional releases & awareness, self-awareness, and just so much through Nicole's sessions and guidance. She's a powerful mentor.

Dani Tarini is an amazing studio manager and has a sink-in kind of relaxing voice, her Yoga Nidra classes are my favorite class, and another powerful mentor.

I've taken yoga classes repeatedly with Nicole Cameron Dani Tarini Jessica Brugess Emily Wiseman Rebecca Maskevich Dana Lynn Tarryn Cothill and Talhia Plourde. Let's just say, every time I've walked out of a Two Souls Yoga class, I've felt better than when I walked in, and I believe that's because Two Souls Yoga only hires instructors who truly care about helping the wellbeing of others, which makes them powerful healers and yogic mentors. <3
