Navigating life's challenges can be hard and often needs support. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Recreation Therapist with experience supporting people with a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, panic and phobias, and relationship issues. I bring a wealth of experience in supporting those facing difficult life transitions, chronic conditions, pain, illness and injury, grief, interpersonal challenges, and low self-confidence.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples, and helping them to navigate growth, transitions, stress management, and self-worth. I enjoy assisting couples to enhance and build stronger communication, connection, and collective wellbeing. I use an empathic, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach which draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, as well as relational, Gottman, and existential approaches.
