Problem: Drilled a hole too deep into concrete wall in my apartment and hit a old style electrical conduit shorting out my two bedrooms. Tron contacted me after posting on Bark to set up appointment. (Within 24hrs) Electrician Gildo CerasIulo arrived early for appointment, which was amazing. Professional, wearing PPE, all equipment on hand. Diagnosis was quick and explained everything to me throughout the process so I was not oblivious once it was completed. (Recessed junction box in wall to code for repair) Cleaned up after himself and all I had to do was fill in the access point around the box, created in the wall. Very easy from DIY point of view. I am very happy with Tron Electrical. When I was getting quotes they were the nicest to me and the most fair in price. The technician that came was very kind and went above and beyond not only fixing my issue but also did extra to make sure the problem never happened again.
I really like that they had e-transfer as a payment option.

I had a basement finished by the previous owner of the house. Not sure who did it, but it was a job very badly done. There was no grounding anywhere and cables were connected by just twisting the wires. It was a bit scary when we looked at it. A disaster waiting to happen. Simon from Tron did a fantastic job tracing and finding the problematic spots and fixing them! Now I feel safe in my own house!
