Cheri is an amazing nail artist. I’ve known her for over 15 years. Over the years she’s never stopped learning new skills and techniques. As a result, I’ve followed her every time she has taken a new job. I wear gel nails and work in an automotive shop which means I’m very hard on them, but, she has never let me down. I see her every three weeks for a fill, but never has there been any lifting or breakage. I trust her so explicitly that she now does my 15 year old daughters nails as well. Very clean, friendly and affordable spa (it’s a hidden gem), location is convenience for public transit or plenty parking spaces if you drive. Hair stylists are professional, make a valid, care and friendly conversations. Had couple facial before party and they were wonderful, use high-end product only and you can see result after treatment/facial. All the Aesthetician are professional, well trained and friendly, know you by name!. You can use the service to treat/pamper yourself or to hide away for few hours from chaos working schedule or busy housewife/mom life. Molly was listened to what I wanted, made suggestions when warranted and was attentive to getting my hair done the way that I had requested. I had my hair coloring done there, and she did some highlights that were great!! I went to Trinity last week. It was my first time receiving a bikini wax. I’m really shy when it comes to grooming and I didn’t even know where to start. The staff at Trinity were really professional which made my experience feel very comfortable and relaxing. It wasn’t painful as I thought it would be also. So after a long couple months of work my face felt so clogged up and dull!That was when I came across Trinity Salon where I was helped by a lovely worker named Joyce L. She started by asking me how my skin routine was and then suggested some of her options. We decided on the line Eminence which she said is an organic brand which I liked. She went in with a deep cleansing facial and the extraction process was amazing! The products smelled nice, and after my skin felt firm plump and healthy ! I received a client invitation card from my partner who actually goes to school with the lovely owner. It gave me mini samples of different services at the spa. I went today for the relaxation facial and had Molly as my provider; she was wonderful! They use Eminence products which was really nice to see, and my service left me feeling rested, relaxed, rejuvenated and nurtured. I was literally so blissed out that I forgot to leave a tip! I have been going to this salon for the last 4 years as has my daughter. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! We always have a great time here. If it's a quiet sort of day, you can just chill - if you enjoy a communal chat with other patrons and staff (like the old Salon days in my Mother's time), that happens too. I really enjoy the facial services performed by Lin. My gosh - she is so talented. I keep going back for the galvanic facial treatment - it is well priced and there is a noticeable difference in my skin texture and firmness. I have had many facials over the years and this is by far my favourite and the most effective. My daughter has had really great precision hair cuts and colours from Lindsay. Pauline is an absolute treat to be with also - so funny and positive! Manis and Pedis are always great - they use vegan shellac/Gel polish. It lasts a long time (usually get a grow gap before it chips or cracks) and my nails are happier. The women that work here are very knowledgeable about latest services and products - I am always learning something new. They work hard and seem proud to deliver the the best services.
