Why we love real estate:
When I think of Real Estate it reminds me of the popular Dr. Seuss book, “Oh the places you’ll go.” There is literally endless opportunity in who you will meet, the houses you will see, the towns you will explore, the challenges you will face, the goals you will crush and so, SO much you to learn (even little tricks like wearing easy slip on shoes for showings ?). I was always the type of person who got bored of doing the same things over and over every single day. Every day is a new day in Real Estate and that’s why I love it so much! ♥️
Why should our clients choose you?
Staging :
We are often asked, “How do you do all that staging?”
Well friends, we have system that’s pretty bullet proof. It starts with the consultation. We imagine what furniture pieces/decor would fit best in the space and how to make the most of it. We go back to our two storage units and design each room’s concepts. In the meantime, we have a cleaning crew prepping the home for Staging Day. We also book the photographers/videographers to arrive either shortly after staging or the next day. On Staging Day, we arrive with our uhaul and get to work! This is when the transformations take place and your home is looking it’s absolute best! We remove any unnecessary furniture to store during the listing process or can take any items to donate that are no longer needed. All of that in just 3 days and you are ready for the buyers to come through your door! ??
How are we able to offer Staging with all of our Listings?
We can fully furnish 2 vacant homes at any given time and have an endless amount of accessories. With 2 storage units FULL of bedding, wall art, greenery, beds, headboards, soft furnishings, lamps, dining sets, chairs, sofas, rugs, etc. When we say “staging” we don’t mean some pillows and throws! ? We don’t take this task lightly and want your home to impress so don’t be shy to ask what’s included in your staging services!
Investment Planning
Our real estate partnership gives clients three experienced agents working on their behalf, it's a 3 for 1 deal!! Clients will gain collective knowledge and wisdom when it comes to investment market trends and opportunity. We advise clients on; market-timing, appreciating hot spots, properties that are flat lining, supply and demand, as well as where we expect the markets to be moving based on past performance and future developments. We will brainstorm customized offer strategies for each client and work together to create and customize an investment plan that will meet your real estate goals and investment portfolio.
Staging
We believe in going above and beyond! Sometimes that involves getting our hands dirty and that’s what separates us from the rest! Simplicity Real Estate is a Full Service real estate team. We own and operate our own Staging equipment so we can do more for our clients. We offer Staging to all our clients - FREE OF COST!! With an in-house Interior Decorator and a full inventory to play with, we can fully furnish a vacant home or swap out furniture and accessories. This will ensure the potential buyers walking through your home will see its full potential and that you get the Best Price for your home. An added bonus that is included with our Staging Service, is decluttering and storing these items during the sale process.
