Total Refresh Home Staging created results that we were totally unprepared for. We met with one realtor and asked her advice on selling our condo. She did not recommend a stager and said to leave the condo as is. We consulted with another realtor (Lorie Ann Warren) who said that the condo should be staged and knew the person to do the job. Lucie came the day after we met with our realtor, a day later the condo was staged and 4 days later it was sold. It certainly went from NOW to WOW. Simply put, we had 22 showings in 4 days and 8 offers all WELL over asking price. I know that we would not have anything close to these offers if we had not used Total Refresh. The choice of the furniture and accessories were truly amazing (from the hearts on the soap dispensers to the white leather sofa to the modern artwork!!!).
