I entered a contest that TKM Photography put on and needless to say I was THRILLED when I won. The location - a lavender field no less - was absolutely stunning and perfect for my husband and I, as we were supposed to go to France to see the lavender fields the previous year for our 25th anniversary but because of the pandemic we couldn’t go. But Kat & Tay made us feel so comfortable and our photos came out so beautifully! They even made the 2 of us look good! My husband and I both LOVED TKM photography. They made the whole process from engagement shoot to the wedding day seem so effortless and not staged whatsoever. We had a lifestyle family session done with Kat and I truly cannot say enough good things about her! Planning for a photoshoot with kids can be stressful - timing around naps/meals, outfit options and just wondering if they will cooperate. From the first time talking with Kat, she instantly put that stress at ease. Asked for a little background of our family, the kids favourite things/memories, and sent a whole pamphlet on how/what to prepare for a photoshoot (including outfit options, time of day, lighting etc.) It literally answered all the question you would have. The day of the photoshoot was so relaxed and fun! Being an in-home lifestyle shoot, my family was able to just be ourselves, laugh and play together. Kat made us all feel so comfortable in front of the camera and it honestly felt like she just fit right in with our family. If the kids got a little cranky it didn’t phase her at all. She got them behind the camera with her, made jokes and they were smiling again in no time. Kat is truly talented. Amazing to work with - fun, easygoing, great communication, amazing with kids (and adults), stunning photos.
