Three Tides is such a beautiful healing space. I did a Flow and restore class with Jordyn (who I know from a previous studio). It was amazing and exactly what I needed. The small yoga room is so beautiful. It gives a more personal feel versus a big room that’s full. I’m also obsessed with the bolsters, blankets, and eye masks. It’s the most comfy and relaxed class I’ve ever done. Every Thursday night for me is now flow and restore. Thank you Three Tides for creating such a magical space for people to come and heal. More...

Absolutely loved my massage treatment and the comfortable heated massage table. This beautiful century home has been magnificently renovated with every detail thought out to make you feel like you are in a spa setting. They nailed it!
