Our low cost counselling clinic provides a very affordable option through our Graduate Intern therapists, and our post-grad therapists all offer sliding scale.

What do you love most about your job?
We love walking with our clients, supporting them every step of the way as they heal and recover from the past, explore and discover their values, goals and strengths, and as they overcome the stresses, struggles and hurdles to achieve the life they want and deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the mental health and wellness field for 20 years. Over time I had the opportunity to work with other like-minded therapists and together we provide psychotherapeutic care to teens, adults, couples and families from BC to Ontario.
Why should our clients choose you?
We can help with a variety of stresses and struggles. Including ADHD, Depression, Narcissistic Abuse, Anxiety, Trauma, Family Conflict, Grief, Parenting Issues, Anger Management, Stress, Relationship Difficulties, Work or School Concerns, and much more.

All of our services are provided online using a secure, Canadian owned, telehealth portal called 'NousTalk'. Sessions are also available by telephone upon request.
