What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Send me your personalized playlists and I can work that into my set. I always invite guests to make requests so everyone has their favourite song played.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I like every style of music, I read the room and play to it.
What do you love most about your job?
It is an honour to be a part of someones special day and I love seeing everyone have a great time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My university degree is in Jazz Performance and that is what I love to do. Weddings are an amazing way to keep things fresh because everyone has different requests and come from different backgrounds.
Why should our clients choose you?
I the owner, agent and performer. I will be the person you speak with and see at your event. Unlike other companies, you book with an agent and who knows exactly who will be the DJ on your big day.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a one or two person operation and require minimal set up and are able to perform at a safe distance.
With 15 plus years of experience we know what to expect and navigate on our own letting you and your coordinator focus on what you have to do.
DJ
In 2009 The Fine Tuners jumped into the wedding scene offering live music for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. After 15 years they have performed 300+ weddings at almost every venue in Nova Scotia.
More recently Stephen has expanded service options and now offers DJ service for the dinner and dance. DJ services are also available for any kind of party or event. Stephen completes the booking and service. All requests throughout will be played, including dinner entrances, the first dance and any other special requests.
You can even share an iTunes or Spotify playlist and have that worked into the evenings performance. Requests are always accepted.
Bookings also include a professional sound system, lighting and a microphone.
