Virtual vs In Person Therapy?

One thing we have learned in 2020 is that virtual therapy is as helpful as in person therapy. From the comfort of your home, vehicle, a park bench... you will experience a 50 minute session that allows you to be seen, heard and cared for. Clients report a sense of connection that is integral to a healthy and productive therapeutic relationship. I currently offer virtual therapy, in the future, I will offer a few in person sessions on Saturday afternoons. Please reach out if this is your preference and I will put you on a waiting list for in person sessions.

Coming from a compassionate position, we will explore your story, your needs and your hopes and dreams for the future.
I work using a very integrative approach: Mindfulness; Narrative; Emotion Focused; Compassionate Inquiry; DBT; Trauma Informed, Recovery, Gottman; IFS... these are all modalities and through the course of our work together - I will integrate the best model for the best result in our session.
