The Atrium - Burlington's Premier Boutique Venue

The only word that I could think of that does some justice to the atrium is WORLD CLASS. We recently ordered the Valentines package and the quality of the food and the way that everything was put together was nothing short of absolutely perfect. I got married at the Atrium and we have celebrated birthdays at the Atrium and every single time we get nothing but excellence and top-notch services. The Atrium hosted my bridal shower this weekend and the day was completely perfect. The owner Alex and his staff were incredibly quick to respond to questions, information and changing plans from me. They were always kind and professional and were able to accommodate everything I requested. When I saw the room of my shower for the first time I was shocked at how stunning everything looked. My mom shed a few tears when she saw it because it looked so perfect and she was so excited! From there the day only got better. The service from the staff was incredible. They were attentive, friendly, kind and quick with all of my guests including myself. The cocktails were a huge hit with everyone and the food was excellent (and in large portions). The soup was hot and tasty, the risotto was perfect, the main entrees were delicious and my vegetarian and vegan friends were not disappointed by their dishes which were beautifully presented and just as delicious. Dessert especially was beautiful and everyone loved it. All day long I received compliments and positive comments from my loved ones about how much they enjoyed the venue/food/service. I can’t speak enough about how great the service is here. They go above and beyond I think everyone in the room felt that they were the guest of honor. I am beyond excited to have my wedding here and absolutely recommend the Atrium to anyone for any wedding or event! You will never regret it!! After visiting many venues from Hamilton to Mississauga, and meeting with the owner, Alex Figueiredo, we chose The Atrium to host two “back-to-back” Bridal Showers for our daughters, and were more than impressed with the calibre of both special occasions. Alex F. made many promises, and what he delivered was far beyond our expectations at both events, not to mention the additional little surprises he added the day of the events. The meals were absolutely outstanding, prepared and served to perfection. The guests are still raving about the cuisine (from the canapes, bread, risotto, pasta, etc., to the decadent desserts). Alex F. also so artistically created a Sweet Table (with homemade cookies we provided) at each event that blew everyone away! We were also treated to amazing hors d’oeuvres, fruit, champagne, etc. in the Bridal Suite where the bridesmaids and brides-to-be prepared for the day. We were able to witness for ourselves, how Alex treats his staff (he refers to them as family, and by extension, you become part of this happy family) which was reflected in turn by their friendly and accommodating hospitality and service. A shoutout to: Kylie, Tanner, Sebastian, Rhenz, Jazz, Ricky, Sonia, Dan and Alex M. for being so professional, and attending to our every need even without being asked – and with such a sense of pleasure. We received and continue to receive so many lovely comments from our family and friends about the staff, hospitality, service, delicious cuisine and beautiful venue. We are forever being asked how we ever found such a gem! Both events were flawless! Would we return? In a heartbeat. Alex and his team truly delivered nothing but outstanding hospitality and professionalism from our first meeting up to our wedding day.
