Q&As

I love to wake up to a new day and not feel like my job is not work. I feel for my clients, I have walked the life of struggling in my past. Today I can be that person on the other side helping others. I always say if I can help 1 out of 100, it's been a good day. I believe everyone in their life deserves to be mentally at peace and live life content and happy.

I have been in the field of helping others now for 18 years. I have worked with High Risk Youth for years, Out Reach with homeless on the streets, Manager for private treatment centers of Mental Health & Addictions, Interventions working with families & loved ones, Counselling individual & couples and Group Therapy workshops. With my life experience and education I felt this was the time to open my own business to keep helping others. I have the passion & care to want to help others that want and need the help.

I believe a text book is not the answer of helping others. Don't get me wrong lots of education is helpful in my practise. Life experience, is more relatable working with your clients to build the trust relationship between you and your client. I can relate with my clients in how they feel. I do am a non-believer in tough love, I feel it does more harm than good. I never give up on a client, there is always a solution and hope, to help you. I would like to be able to guide and see the change for the better with a client.

Yes and Yes. I book in person at my office, do phone appointments, and online through Zoom & Skype. The 1st session is intake to gather information and history of your past to present. I also assign homework for some clients that do have the time and want more to help in the areas of life where you maybe struggling with.

I practice all of COVID guidelines, with my in-person clients.
