I needed help when a curb damaged my lower bumper. I was really in a jam. I had been shopping most of the week with various garages around town for a timing belt quote,no small feat trying to find a shop that puts your interests first. The reason I'm spending several hundreds of my savings @MAC is... I wasn't charged a dime that day to repair my bumper ( it was split in two ) A body shop would have charged $200-$500 for the slick work MAC did in 30 minutes They also opened and showed me the wearing timing belt no charge. Audi said they needed to "open up the engine" 7-hours labour MAC removed 2 screws and there it was,worn and ready to be replaced complete with rubber stress cracks thanks again MAC Also They consulted n/c again with me a general health check of other key components and reported the same known issues to me that I hadn't disclosed to them during our discussions.
