I recently used Per Se to cater an event at my cottage. Despite traffic getting in the way of them arriving on time, they did an OUTSTANDING job of pulling everything together in time for my guests' arrival. Their hors d'oeuvres were simply delicious and the service was exceptional. Per Se is my go-to caterer for all of my personal and business events. They have never let me down in any way. I used Per Se for my wedding, and I keep hearing how amazing the food was. It is such a good feeling to hear "the food at your wedding was awesome". I did 3 food stations with hors d'oeuvres. The hors d'oeuvres were served for 1 hr before the food stations and were a great hit. We did 6 different appetizers and they were all amazing with great presentation. This is a great caterer with a great price. They worked with me, understood my guests, my needs and made sure everything was perfect. We had food dishes for vegetarians and gluten free. Whatever I needed was done for me. My husband is from Louisiana and I wanted the dishes to incorporate his culture, Per Se, worked with me and made sure we had the best spread for the wedding day. Everything was flawless from the food to the presentation to the servers. On time with exactly how I planned it, they are well organized.
