In the end, we had to pay alot of money in just diagnostic charges. I noticed there is a problem in this industry which inspired me to learn about the trade, get all required licenses and spent countless hours learning about different makes and model, to properly diagnose and figure out the exact problem and not waste home owners hard earned money.

Pre-site clearance call
If you have a scheduled appointment, prior to our team being dispatched to arrive at your home or office, we will contact you to validate the safety of your site. This includes someone from your team confirming that no one on the property is experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, no one on-site has recently travelled, or is in quarantine. If there is any risk of COVID-19, we will not enter the property. Accountability is critical.
