5th time been here obviously 2 years ago last time pre Covid Not sure what’s happened ! I know there is still an impact with Covid doesn’t mean room cleaning standards - in fact more important! Arrived last Wednesday after a 25 hr journey so very tired , noticed the next morning the headboard and side lamps thick with dust - I wrote my name in it it was so bad. Reported it very nicely -accepting stuff happens , Friday nada , Saturday went to reception again , was offered cleaning late afternoon- not happening as need to shower etc after skiing Booked room service for Sunday after 9 am, back at 2.45 no cleaning done 😤. just went to book a room and the price has jumped $100 plus since last year, checked many dates including mid week and they are asking over 300 per night I have stayed here for many years past and it has always been close to 200 per night.

Food and service was great. Very disappointed in the rest rooms not at all accessible for someone with any mobility challenges. Had to go to another venue in the square with one of our party. For that reason will not be coming back. Why is it that every province requires handicap accessible rest rooms except BC? More...

Sun Peaks is an absolutely incredible resort and the Grand Hotel is right at the centre of it all. As wedding photographers, we value the clean, spacious rooms with an abundance of natural light, the dreamy ceremony locations, countless stunning photo backdrops and the large indoor reception space that leaves room for your own creativity if you choose.
