What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm the first to admit that bookkeeping wasn't my planned career choice, but after having the opportunity to work for an accounting firm for a few years, I fell in love with it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Bookkeeping requires a particular skill set. It's not enough to be able to use the software, bookkeepers need to know what is happening behind the scenes in the software. There are a few reasons I make a great bookkeeper; I have a solid background with an accounting firm; I am a Technician with the Canadian Professional Bookkeepers of Canada Asscociation; I am commited to best practices and continued learning and growth; and I am a live for little details.

We offer invoicing and accounts receivable services. We understand the importance of sales, collections, and customer relationships.
Journal Entries
Journal entries and adjusting entries require an understanding of t-accounts and double-entry accounting. Before hiring a bookkeeper, make sure they understand these concepts.
Reconciliations
Reconciliations are used to ensure that your transactions and accounts are accurate. Accounts can be reconciled to bank statements, other accounts, integrated software, etc.
Payroll
Whether your payroll is handled manually, or you use a third-party payroll provider, we offer full-service payroll.
New hires, payroll runs, direct deposits, expense reimbursments, allowances, benefits, source deductions, ROE submissions, and year-end tax slips.
Compliance
We ensure that all returns and remittances are submitted accurately and on time to the CRA and WCB.
Year-end Tax Preparation
To help your year-end process go smoothly we; implement current best practices, prepare a draft year-end books for your accountant, process bad debts, post adjusting entries, and complete a final review with you.
