What inspired you to start your own business?
Real Estate has been something that has been in my family for a long time. My father has been in the business for many years and has passed is expertise along to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a hard worker and an over achiever! I am also amazing with people. Easy to get along with but ready to put the hammer down when I need to.
I have a thick backbone so situations that can be tough aren't a bother for me to put the hammer down and get things done.
I have extensive knowledge on the landlord and tenant act as well as the real estate act as well, so in any tough situation where a tenant is not paying rent or needs to be evicted I can handle that with ease.

I can most defiantly meet clients over zoom if they live abroad but have property in Calgary. My services do require me to be on the ground quite a bit with showings and inspections. But any kind of contact with the owner of the property I can most defiantly do online.
Property management
1.) Tenant selection (credit and background checks)
2.) Inspections. Mid lease inspections, move in and move out reports along with pictures of everything
3.) Evictions and court appearances if need be
4.) Management of all tenant communication as well as any repairs needed
5.) Rent and security deposit collection (rent to be forwarded to your bank account on the 15th of each month. Deposits held in trust at my brokerage)
6.) Monthly financial statements of money collected as well as yearly statements
7.) Lease collection and documentation of any paperwork needed for the tenant to rent your property
8.) All photos and marketing of the property
