They know where their numbers are each month, and I can identify to them where the problem areas are, and where the success areas are at. By owning my own business I can help more than 1 client at a time, so my knowledge is not limited to help one employer only.

Yes, we provide our services online / remote, we meet our client who are located at reasonable distance. We use a number project management and conference software to keep touch with clients including (but not limited to): Zoom, Googlesheets, Whatsapp, Dropbox.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are providing fully contactless service. If meeting customer at any point, we keep our masks on and sanitizers in hand all the time.
