this place has totally changed our lifestyle for the better, during this difficult time of covid we were still able to keep ourselves active as my three kids simply enjoyed Muay Thai, Michael (the pro trainer and owner) always managed to accommodate us. My 9yr old daughter is doing excellent as she is learning from a pro, i would not have known she had this talent if it was not for Spartan. i consider this opportunity as a privilege that I would not pass it away. The entire Spartan team made us feel warm and comfortable. In each passing days SPARTAN is making me and my kids strong, fit, confident and discipline. Can not say enough good things about Spartan. I am so glad I found Sparten Striking Academy! There are many Muay Thai places, but very few who focus on teaching proper technique and form. Great workout and knowledgeable and patient coaches. Members range from beginner level to pro level athletes! Friendly and welcoming environment. My son loves this place,he’s a very shy boy.Been going to Markham location only for a month and I see him more confident and opening up . The instructors are amazing...Coach Mike has been teaching my daughter for 2 years now, everytime she leaves a session she is that much greater at what she does. ..they not only teach you discipline but they teach you life lessons and she will carry these lessons forever! More...

So I’ve been involved with martial arts for over 15 years. And I must say, the level of instruction in tandem with the quality of technical skills, of these instructors. A-1. You get instructors who push you to strive for your very personal best. You get your money’s worth. It’s fun & interactive working with people who have the same goals as you do. First gym I visited in Markham and signed up for a yearly membership on the spot! It was such a welcoming, accommodating and professional gym and I love how the staff carry and share their hearts in what they do. You'll feel comfortable no matter where your fitness and skill level is, and everyone in class are super friendly! Kru yai Michael and Julius are top-notch fighters and trainers, great at explaining and refining techniques, and are also a lot of fun to work with. Definitely recommend! More...
