What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Prep! It's important to work out a clear direction for the photoshoot. Wardrobe plays a big part, especially for a family photo session. I'm always there to help my clients put together outfits for their sessions and I'm available by phone and txt to answer any questions.

What's the mood of the photos you're looking to get?
Do you want bright and airy photos or something a little bit more moody? Studio or location?

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love having the ability to create an image that I know will make this family smile for years to come. I think photos are like resumes of the many beautiful, soulful moments a family shares every day and I consider it a privilege to be allowed to capture them.
And I really enjoy meeting new people, I don't think there's any other job where I can connect to people from so many walks of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm very independent and creative. I love the ever-changing landscape of owning my own business, adapting and learning.
Why should our clients choose you?
I walk the extra mile for my clients and then some. I help with the overall ideas for the photo shoot and I think of details. I connect with every person, make sure they feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire photoshoot.
If the kids are misbehaving, I'll put down the camera and play with them to relax them and the parents. There's no rush, it's my client's unique photo session and my attention is fully on them.
