Booked an appointment for noon. Texted him at 11:45am that he could use my driveway, rather than the road to park and bring tools in. He responded that he was on his way. At 1pm I texted again asking where he was, no response. I called at 1:30, didn’t answer. At 1:45 he called saying he was picking up supplies for another job! He did inform me, at my request, that there would be a service charge of $80.
00 upon arriving,which I thought was very reasonable .I was surprised at the cost of a new heater plus installation at $200.00 but everyone is surprised at the cost of everything these days.
