My commercial property looks nice but the heating is extremely insufficient. There's a lovely brick wall but there many spots in the wall and throughout the unit where the winter breezes come right through. The unit only ever reached about 12-15 degrees maximum in the winter and that is with our additional space heaters we have plugged in around the store. Sleepwell was advised last winter but did not do one thing to fix it, not even a site visit to evaluate! Terrible unprofessional service. Additionally, after I signed the lease it took about 4 or 5 months to get the copy signed back from Sleepwell. That was with a bunch of requests and reminders otherwise I probably never would have received it. Providing a tenant with a signed lease back is a basic task that should only take a few days so most! More...
