How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The most common thing is that the garage must be detached and that the zoning allows the modification that is desired to be carried out.
Also, the drawings must be made by a professional engineer registered in the province

You must have the PROPERTY REPORT, with the current measurements of what exists on the site, and the client must have well-identified what they want, to avoid doing double things or unnecessary expenses.

When they are projects that start from scratch, it is simpler, and the interaction can be 100% online. To certify that the construction process is by what is specified in the structural drawings, some site visits will be necessary.

We design new garages to taste and as the client needs it. They can be detached from the house and can have a study or bedroom on the upper floor.
