What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely LOVE what I do. I love it because it allows me to authentically express myself while fulfilling my life purpose, and that is to support the community I serve. It is such a thrill for me to see the people I serve leaving the session with valuable takeaways, wisdoms, inspirations, heart-fulfilling joy and peace, and returning on the next session with more questions, experiences with embodiment, insights and successful/failing stories to share in our safe and trusting space. Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to co-create amazing experiences and grow together with you!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have spent a big part of my life working in the corporate world as a financial IT professional. I loved the people I have worked with over the years and I was well paid, but I wasn't able to find the life meaning from what we have achieved as teams. It was a long self-discovery process for me to look beyond what I already had at the time and identify what really mattered to me. While I was able to condense the finding to "Support the Community I Serve", lots of things happened in between that have brought me to this awareness. I looked at what I would like to offer to my community and what modalities I can adopt to provide the most fulfilling experience for both me and my clients, and this is where we are today!
Why should our clients choose you?
With Qigong/Tai Chi/Internal Arts teaching service I provide, people join our programs as I openly talk about everything I know, including all the insights I was taught by my inspiring masters and mentors along with my own experience and understanding. Our program members find my way of teaching is easy to understand and embody for them, and they deeply value the things they can learn and overall learning experience. For the coaching service, I hold space for you with my genuine curiousity and my presence, and I look forward to witnessing the expression and transformation you would like to introduce to your life.

For Qigong/Tai Chi/Internal Arts sessions, while I do conduct online sessions, there are certain crucial elements that can only be demonstrated and experienced through physical contact, so I always recommend my clients of these programs to physically join us at our studio wherever possible.
Our coaching sessions can be conducted either in person at our studio or online via zoom. The effectiveness of a in-person or online session is about the same and I am flexible based on your preference.
Physical Awareness Through Qigong/Tai Chi/Bagua/Internal Arts (1-on-1 or Small Class)

Start with our unique and fun approach to embody tai chi, qigong and internal arts knowledge, techniques and inspirations, you can have lots of fun expressing yourself and interacting with others through your body.

In the non-judgemental space we hold for you through our coaching services, we honour your definition of your successful outcome.
