Get personalized coaching to deal with difficult conversations in your workplace such as accommodation, interpersonal conflict, or preparing for mediation. Available in person or online.

This behaviourally based assessment helps you understand what your responses are in conflict and how to make them constructive. Includes a one hour coaching session (available in person or online).

Mediation is an effective tool for workplace disputes. It’s collaborative in nature and can help rebuild relationships. It provides a co-created outcome rather than one imposed on the parties, so you have more control over the process and results.

Consulting engagements are available to assess the current level of employee engagement, workplace fairness, job satisfaction, or prevalence of conflict. We can provide support for the implementation of the National Standard of Psychological Health and Safety, the Guarding Minds at Work Survey, or other resources and assessments.
