I had a wonderful physiotherapy session with Amy at Sano Wellness. The facility is beautiful and clean. It feels like I'm going to a spa! Amy's years of experience in physiotherapy is clearly shown - she listens to your concerns and performs targeted exams to figure out where the problems are. She also understands each client's individual needs to target her treatment approach. I also appreciated the IMS treatment which really helped de-tension over-worked muscle groups. I first learned about Amy through a friend's recommendation back in 2022, and it's been a game-changer. Amy is not just a friendly therapist, she's incredibly willing to go the extra mile to help her patients. I've been in Amy's capable hands since 2022, and I couldn't be happier. I was very excited for her when she told me she wanted to start Sano Wellness. Sano Wellness is a pristine, serene place, almost like stepping into a spa. I come all the way from Port Coquitlam to Richmond for my weekly sessions, and it's absolutely worth it. Amy's attention to detail is impressive. She zeroes in on the areas that need treatment and focuses on what will make me better. I ruptured my Achilles and also hurt my back in a car accident in 2021, and Amy has worked wonders. Thanks to her, I'm back to training in martial arts, a dream I thought was a long shot. I'd give Amy a perfect 10-star review if I could. I have been to Sano Wellness twice now and I am very impressed by their service and facilities. Caroline was my RMT and she did a fantastic job of addressing my issues and providing me with a relaxing and therapeutic massage. She was very attentive, professional and friendly, and she made sure to check in with me about the pressure and comfort level. Caroline is an amazing RMT who helps treat and relieve tightness in my lower limbs and back! The clinic (located on the 3rd floor) is newly renovated and not only has an aesthetically pleasing look, but also has functional pieces such as one-way windows, slow-closing doors, a large backlit mirror, and weights that make the clinic very inviting and well-equipped.

I have been to a few different clinics and here is where I come to when my body needs maintenance. I see Caroline for massage therapy, and my experience have been great all around. She's extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Caroline is very thorough with her assessments and treatments and always explains her approach and outcome expectations. I have chronic back/neck issues and see both Amy (physiotherapy) and Caroline (RMT). They are both extremely patient, customized a plan to loosen/strengthen my muscles along with daily exercises I can do to gradually improve. I went to Sano Wellness last week to see Amy for physiotherapy. I was super happy with the new space. It is super modern with the latest equipment. It is well lit with hardwood floors and a very clean and crisp vibe! I have been a client of Amy for many years now, and she did not disappoint at my first visit to Sano. I think Amy is one of the best physiotherapists I have ever dealt with; she has prolonged my ability to stay at a high level of fitness!
