I was looking for quotes to have a legal basement apartment completed in our home in Ottawa, Ontario. Sabana Construction pricing came in mid range. We ultimately chose them due to the communication. Always available to answer all our questions and concerns both before the project to every step along the way. We never realized the amount of requirements to have a legal basement apartment completed. Darren the owner of Sabana Construction stated how they focus on high quality craftsmanship. We heard this from other quotes as well. He did not disappoint. Top notch quality above our expectation. The work did extend beyond the quoted date but was due to some backorder on 2 egress windows. I hired Sabana Construction to complete a while home renovation. Such a great experience. We purchased a home and wanted to change - update the bathrooms, the kitchen, install hardwood flooring and finish the basement. Excellent craftsmanship and communication. We interviewed several companies but Darren and Sabana Construction were down to earth and direct which made our decision easy. Project was completed on time and to budget. I wanted to make the home renovation process as simple and clear to the customer. I want them to rely on Sabana Construction to be there to handle any and all concern and worries they will have during the process
