SA Counselling Services

Scholastica provides counselling & Psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, families, and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD / trauma, anger Management, behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, parenting issues. She also sees those struggling with adoption, marital / relationship challenges, including pre-marital counselling, workplace stress, domestic violence, grief and loss, racial trauma, trans-racial adoption, life and career transitions, family Conflict, separation / divorce, custody and access matters and blended family dynamics.

She utilizes both long-term and brief interventions approach to meet the unique needs of her clients. She also offers Christian / faith-based counselling upon request, where she utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating spiritual and biblical concepts.

She is very client centered, extremely sensitive, compassionate, understanding, and assist her clients build on their strengths and help them attain personal growth. She provides a warm, safe, nurturing and a nonjudgmental space and environment for clients.
