Using a holistic approach, we will assess more than just the physical, but the mental, emotional and spiritual factors that contribute to a person's overall health and well being.

Being clear on what YOUR dream IS. The body of my dreams could be very different from the body of yours. Depending on your work or sports environment, you may be looking to develop different muscle fiber types. As well, your postural assessment would indicate muscular imbalances that might be hindering your ability to optimally improve your body.

Both online and remote services are available. Using advanced technologies like PostureScreen and PTEnhance allows an amazing new interactive experience that can be offered to anyone, anywhere.

All services are available virtually and technology has been purchased to fill the gap between in-person and remote assessments.


Following the foundational principles of the C.H.E.K. Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) we will work together to accomplish the following:

Dream - Determine your dream, which will be the foundation for the changes being made.

Questionnaires - Prior to a phone or video consultation you will receive questionaries that will help paint a picture of your overall physical, emotional, mental and spiritual status today.

TWEEF - Discuss TWEEF (Time, Willingness, Energy, Equipment, Finances) to ensure your exercise prescription aligns with these critical prerequisites/factors.

Virtual Consultation – We will discuss the results of your questionnaires in a virtual consultation to ensure that we are working together towards YOUR dream, not OURS.
Posture assessment - Asses your posture and determining if a postural imbalance might be the root cause of pain and discomfort.

Physiological Load - Assess your physiological load factors, which can greatly affect the type frequency and difficulty of exercises, stretches and mobilizations that work best for you.

Program - You'll receive a detailed stretching, mobilization, exercise (up to 3 separate exercise programs) and lifestyle modification program created individually for you, according to all of the factors mentioned above.

ptEnhance portal - Access to the ptEnhance web portal where you can view your programs, track your progress, view detailed video examples of prescribed exercises and communicate directly if additional support is needed.

We will also assess your work or sports environment, different training styles that do or don’t suit you, and possible imbalances developed over time through repetitive faulty motor patterns.

Following the foundational principles of the C.H.E.K. Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) we will work together to accomplish the following:

- Assess your overall physiological load and it’s impact on your dream, goals and objectives.

- Review your diet and lifestyle, and the various consequences of misalignment with your natural state of body, mind and spirit.

- Understand the relationship between the 6 Foundation Health Principles and body-mind stress and learn how to apply these principles to balance your body systems.

- Learn and practice “work in” exercise to nourish your body’s demand for rest, repair and internal reflection.

- Identify common roadblocks to success with diet and lifestyle modifications.

- Learn your primal pattern type and how to optimize your diet to efficiently digest and eliminate.

We offer individualized classes as well as group classes on demand. They will be customized to your needs and we have multiple styles available (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, etc).
