Nous avons un raton laveur dans notre entre-toit. Ils sont venu la première fois pour mettre du poison car ils pensait que c’était des souris même si nous leur avons dit que c’était un raton laveur. Par la suite, ils sont revenus pour mettre une cage dans notre cours. Depuis 3 semaines le raton est toujours là. Très mauvais service! Roger Extermination delivered an exceptional service to us, gave us a reasonable price and was the only exterminator who actually answered the phone when we called him on a Saturday morning. We called him and two hours later he was at our home. He applied the treatment, did an inspection of our home inside and out, went in the attic and within an hour and a half we were given an amazing and professional service. Very courteous and respectful. I would refer him to anybody. What I appreciated the most is that he actually came to us the same day, even though it was the week-end. I had placed several calls before I came across Roger Extermination and all I received were voice messages, I guess other companies don't work week-ends??? Anyways, whatever issue you may have for this type of problem, I would highly recommend Roger Extermination for a quick, professional service at a fair price! N'hésitez pas un second si vous voulez régler votre problem short and sweet sans avoir des dissertation sur comment et pourquoi; Nous avons commencé à avoir des guêpes/abeilles depuis 2 semaines dans notre sous sol, les pauvres créatures rentaient par le côté de la maison, au point d'en tuer 2 à 3 par jour, nous avons fait 3 soumission en tout, ayant eu des prix variés et exorbitant, notre 3e appel était heureusement au M.Roger, je l'ai appelé est arrivé en une demi heure, a mis son produit ( je ne sais quoi) à l'extérieur et l'intérieur au sous sol dans des lumières même du sous sol, efficace, honnête et rassurant , tout a été réglé en moins 1 heure , j'appel ça du professionnalisme et du service au TOP, un gros Merci à M.Roger.
