In a Garage Conversion, you will need to complete a few tasks ahead of initiation of the project:
1. Have an official architectural plan available or speak to us [The Contractor]
2. Once the City approved the conversion, find out if you can place a Demolition Bin on the property; this also requires a permit.
3. Once all of that is "approved" contact RenoMtlExperts to go through the project details.
4. Once the details are established, allow 24-48 hours for a proper Estimate.
5. Once the Estimate is approved, RenoMtlExperts will provide a Work Schedule and List of Materials which is usually paid upon request.
6. Once materials are on site and the work commences, the Project Manager will give up-to-date regular daily progress.
7. Payments are usually detailed and expected throughout the project to completion.

We take all necessary precautions and respect our customers'/clients' wishes in regards to health in and around the property. We also make sure to clear the area of any dangerous materials as we work. Safety is first item on our list !
