Paul has researched and organized flights and tours that included a cruise of the Greek Islands and the Rhine River and Coach tours of Italy, Europe and Ireland and we are looking forward to a future trip to Spain & Portugal that was cancelled last year because of COVID. What inspired you to start your own business?
We come from a background of entrepreneurship and have a deep passion for touring and travel and believe a positive customer experience is what sets businesses apart and we always want to provide a positive experience to our customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our vehicles are new, with high quality and provide a safe but luxurious form of transportation. Our drivers are professional and experienced and our office staff have a passion of providing our clients with excellent personal service.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our staff, customers & community safe, we’ve made some updates in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
* As of July 17, 2020 according to Government regulations, face masks or facial coverings are mandatory while traveling on Redback Tours (Original Hamilton Beer Tours) vehicles as well as inside any of the venues we visit. While tastings are occurring, masks may be removed.
* ​Everyone boarding the bus must apply hand sanitizer before entering each time and social distance measures will be taken on the vehicles.
* Social distance spacing must be adhered to for the duration of the tour/time you are with us.
* Our continued high level of sanitation of our vehicles after each tour/event will continue.
Our ongoing commitment to our staff and community's safety and well-being and to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, will always continue to be a priority during our tour/ bus charter/ travel experience. We want to encourage people to slowly get back out, socialize, enjoy life again but be safe, healthy and respectful, as we adapt to a new normal, because it will indeed be time to raise a glass and celebrate!

Our beer tour division, Original Hamilton Beer Tours, wants you to enjoy the craft beer and cider experience without the worry of driving.

Wedding Transportation
Redback Tours has got your transportation requirements covered. Our luxury 21 seater mini bus is perfect to drive your wedding party around in comfort and style for the day, and if you are looking to ensure your guests get safely from their hotel to your wedding venue and back to the hotel/home at the end of the night, our bus is the perfect solution and we can make multiple trips to ensure everyone gets home safely, or we can use both vehicles and accommodate groups up to 35 people at one time.
Bus Charter-Corporate or Leisure
Looking to take a private group to a sporting event or concert, visit the local craft breweries, tour some wineries, transport a sporting team, organize a corporate event requiring transportation or have another type of tour or event in mind?? We can do it all and provide transportation for any event/occasion for up to 35 people, with door-to-door pick-up and drop-off.
Full Service Travel Agency
Our travel division, Redback Travel, is a fully licensed travel agency providing worldwide travel to any destination, whether for leisure or business. We can help you chose from a wide variety of tour companies, airlines and hotels as well as transportation and extra excursions that best reflect each clients comfort level and budget.
Private Airport Transfer
We can provide private group door to door airport transportation in comfort, safety and in style ensuring you get to your flight on time. Our vehicles have a separate compartment with ample room for luggage and providing for maximum comfort of our travellers.
